La Tête means “the head” in French.

For me, the name encompasses both the beauty of a woman’s face and the beauty of her mind — everything we see, and everything that makes her entirely her own.

I have always loved the way a scarf can change how a woman looks — and how she feels.

My own love of scarves began in Mykonos in the late nineties. I was drawn to the effortless way European women wore them over their hair at the beach: confident, glamorous and entirely themselves.

After more than 20 years working in fashion, I wanted to create something of my own. Something small, beautiful and purposeful. One exceptional piece that could frame the face, lift the simplest clothes and travel anywhere.

That idea became La Tête.

For the first collection, I brought together five distinctive designs, chosen for their colour, character and individuality. Each scarf is made in Lyon, France, from pure silk twill, finished with a hand-rolled hem and produced as a limited numbered edition of 75.

La Tête is about the pleasure of getting dressed — choosing the scarf that feels like you that morning, tying it your way and allowing one beautiful piece to express something of who you are.

Every scarf is made in Lyon, a city synonymous with silk craftsmanship for centuries. Pure silk twill is carefully printed, cut and finished with a traditional hand-rolled hem.

Each design is produced in a limited numbered edition of 75.
