Refund policy

At LA TÊTE, each scarf is crafted in limited quantities and handled with care — from our studio to your hands. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit if your piece isn’t quite right.

Our Exchange Policy:

• We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging, including the tissue wrap and authenticity card.
• To request an exchange, please email us at hello@mylatete.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
• Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please Note:

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
• Due to the limited nature of our collections, exchanges are subject to availability.
• If the original design is no longer available, you may choose an alternative or receive store credit valid for 12 months.
  
  We appreciate your understanding and support of small-batch, artist-led production. Every scarf has a story — and we want yours to feel just right.
