Welcome to LA TÊTE. By accessing or purchasing from www.mylatete.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. OVERVIEW
La TÊTE is a registered business offering limited-edition silk scarves crafted in France in collaboration with artists around the world. All content, product designs, and imagery are the property of La TÊTE and may not be copied or used without permission.
2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All scarves are produced in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed, and items may sell out quickly. If a product is no longer available after purchase, you will be notified, and a full refund or store credit will be offered.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the storefront and at checkout and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept secure payment via major credit cards and digital payment platforms. Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.
4. SHIPPING
We offer complimentary standard shipping within Australia and to the international destinations available at checkout. Paid express shipping is also available where offered at checkout. Local import duties and taxes are payable by the customer. Once an order has been dispatched, La TÊTE is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping provider.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with packaging and authenticity card.

6. ARTIST COLLABORATIONS
Each scarf is created in collaboration with an artist and is accompanied by a limited-edition number and certificate of authenticity. By purchasing, you acknowledge the unique, collectible nature of the product.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including images, text, logo, product designs, and artwork, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Use of any materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected is used solely for order processing and communication. We do not sell or share customer data. Please see our Privacy Policy for more.
9. LIABILITY
La TÊTE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our site or products. All purchases are made at your own discretion and risk.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
La TÊTE reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the site. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
