LA TÊTE: OF FRENCH ORIGIN; THE HEAD.
La Tête was born from a love of simplicity and the quiet power of the scarf.
An accessory that has always carried more than style — it holds memory, elegance, and a sense of self.
For me, this truth became real when a vintage scarf was given to me. Soft, storied, worn when life felt fragile.
It became a companion. A reminder that clothing can hold memory, resilience, and beauty.
That moment shaped everything.

Created in Australia, crafted in Lyon, France — the historic home of silk — La Tête brings together two worlds: freedom, light, and ease; and craftsmanship, heritage, and detail.
This project has taken nearly a year to come to life. Every choice considered, every finish intentional.
Each scarf is a collaboration with a global artist, made in small runs, numbered, and hand-rolled — designed to be kept, not consumed.

‘La Tête’ means ‘the head’ in French, but it also speaks to how we carry ourselves.
The way we meet the world.
The La Tête woman knows her own style. She wears her scarf without effort — to frame her face, to travel lightly, to move through the day with confidence.
She collects not for fashion, but for the love of what endures.

Scarves to live in.
To return to.
To pass on.
La Tête is a reminder: the most iconic pieces are often the simplest.
